1. Our customers can use their right of cancellation in accordance with the non-refundable deposit rule stated above.
 
 2. If your reservations are canceled and if this cancellation is caused by you and not by our company; According to the dates of the cancellation, our company reserves the right to reimburse you for some or all of the reservation price. Cancellation of reservation (for customers who deposit 35% deposit):
 
-  If it is notified until the thirtieth (30th) day before the entrance to the villa; 35% of the total reservation price,
 - If notified until the twenty-ninth (29.) and twentieth (20.) day before the arrival date to the villa; 50% of the total reservation price,
- If it is notified until the nineteenth (19.) and eleventh (11.) days before the date of entry to the villa; 75% of the total reservation price,
 - If a cancellation is made between the tenth (10th) before the entry date to the villa and the starting date of the reservation, or if the cancellation is not notified or our customer does not come; 100% of the total reservation price,
 
3. Cancellation of reservation ( For Our Customers Who Deposit The Total Reservation Price In Line With Their Requests ) ;
- If it is notified until the thirtieth (30th) day before the entrance to the villa; 35% of the total reservation price,
- If it is notified until the twenty-ninth (29.) and twentieth (20.) days before the entry to the villa; 50% of the total reservation price,
 - If it is notified until the nineteenth (19th) and eleventh (11th) days before the entrance to the villa; 75% of the total reservation price
- If a cancellation is notified between the tenth (10th) day before the entry date to the villa and the starting day of the reservation, or if the cancellation is not notified and our customer does not come; MAKSİVİLLA TURİZM İNŞAAT EMLAK TICARET VE SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ. has the right to indemnify you 100% of the total reservation price.
 
In case of cancellations in reservations, the amount that it has the right to compensate within the framework of the above-mentioned rules, after depositing into our company's account, it is deposited to the bank account specified by the owner of the relevant villa on the same day and in such cases, our company does not earn any income. If cancellation of reservation is made by villa owner or MAKSIVİLLA TURİZM İNŞAAT EMLAK TİCARET VE SANAYİ LTD. ŞTI. by any reason;
 
- Our company can offer you another villa in the category and budget of the villa you have booked, in accordance with or close to the dates in your contract,
 - In accordance with your request, it is obliged to return the entire deposit you have deposited.
